  • Catharsis Health provides virtual or online services to individuals living in the state of Washington and Minnesota. Additional states may be added in the future, but currently, the provider is only licensed to see individuals in Washington and Minnesota.

  • Yes! You will be provided with the provider’s phone number and email address and you may reach out any time. Responses to any questions or concerns will be provided during normal business hours. It is important to note that the provider is not an emergency line, if you are experiencing an emergency or crisis please call 911 or use these resources for immediate help.

  • At this time Catharsis Health is in the process of credentialing with insurance companies. Accepted insurances will be updated here as well as the main page of this website as credentialing is completed. At this time, we are credentialed with United Healthcare (UHC) in Minnesota. Appointments are otherwise private pay only. We do not currently accept Medicare participants.

  • Of course! Carrying insurance does not limit you to insurance providers. Unless we decide to move forward with out-of-network billing, all costs for appointments are charged to you directly. We accept HSA and FSA and all major credit cards for private pay appointment costs.

  • Yes! At Catharsis Health we automatically send you an email (to the email you provide during intake) at the first of each month with a Superbill. Superbills contain the code for each visit and the amount you have paid for services. Superbills can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement of costs. The amount reimbursed is out of our hands and is solely determined by your insurance company.
